CircleBlack provides the following levels of access to data in our system. Understanding who at your firm needs what level of access is important in considering the set-up of your firm in CircleBlack.
- Firm access
- Provides total view of firm, branches, and advisors’ books of business
- Branch access
- Provides total view of branch business and advisors’ books business
- Can also serve means for an advisor group, team, or family office to view their collective book of business
- Advisor access
- Provides an individual advisor total view of their book of business
- Role allows for integration with CircleBlack integration partners
- Assistant access
- Provides Advisors’ assistants unique login to assist assigned Firm Manager, Branch Manager, or Advisor
- Access and functionality replicates the users they are assisting
