Once an Advisor has been entitled to use Salesforce, they will see the ability to select Salesforce login from the Engage tab. Once the Salesforce feature has been selected, a new tab will appear on the window.

Please note that if the Advisor user does not have popup blocker turned off then they will not see the new tab appear. Please ensure that popup blocker has been turned off in order to see the new Salesforce tab appear.

After the Salesforce tab is made available, the Advisor user will then use their Salesforce Financial Services Cloud login credentials to access their Salesforce environment.
