There are several ways app users will get notified, and the user can configure how they want those notifications to occur.

Notification configuration

From any screen, tap the triple bar menu in the top right. 

On the following screen, select preferences.

This will take you to the “General” preferences screen. Tap “Notifications” 

From here, you can choose if you want push and email notifications for New Documents, New Insights, and Aggregation Issues.
