Advisors are able to view their Households’ Investor web portal through our Investor Experience feature.

For example, you may want to view their Investor experience before your client does just to make sure everything looks in order. You can also use Investor Experience when discussing a client’s portfolio over the phone. Both you and your client can be logged in at the same time when viewing their Investor portal.

Advisor users can access the Investor experience from the following locations:

  • Dashboard → Households Tile → Last Login column
  • Manage → Households
  • Household Dashboard → Household Info tile

In each location, simply click the “Investor Experience” button and the Advisor will be “i-framed” into the Household’s Investor platform.
