You can provide your household clients access to CircleBlack Investor, our web and mobile digital portal, so they can view all of their accounts in one place. To do so, you can send your household clients a custom welcome invitation by activating their household from the CircleBack Advisor platform.

There are a couples places in CircleBlack Advisor where you can Activate a household.

• First, on the Advisor Overview dashboard, expand the “Households” tile to search for, or scroll down to find the Household you want to invite.
• You can also click on Manage from the top navigation, then click on Households.

Both places will navigate you to the Households tile, where you can see the “Activate” and “Resend Email” buttons in the “Last Login” column, where a Date/Time is displayed for activated users' last logins:

When onboarding a series of new household clients, you may want to leverage our Activate Households feature to save time and activate up to 20 households at once.

Also, from any Household Overview page, at the “Household Info” tile, click the Activate or Resend Email buttons:
