Goal
- To provide an easy way for Advisors to create notes in CircleBlack when engaging with clients and to have these notes get logged in the Advisors’ connected Redtail CRM.
Use Case
- As an Advisor, when I’m engaging with my clients using CircleBlack’s Advisor Dashboard, I want to be able to create a note in CircleBlack and ensure that note gets logged in my connected Redtail CRM.
Capability
- Add a new “Notes” button to the Household Info tile on the Advisor Dashboard and have functionality to push that note to Advisor’s linked Redtail CRM.
