Goal
- To have actions in RedTail taken by assistants attributed to assistants instead of advisor that they are acting on behalf of.
Use Cases:
- As an Advisor, I want to be able to identify who created notes, comments and tasks in RedTail so that I know who to follow-up with should I have any questions.
Capabilities:

Identify notes created by an assistant in RedTail as being created by the assistant

Identify comments added on notes by an assistant in RedTail as being added by the assistant

Identify tasks created by an assistant in RedTail as being created by the assistant

Ability for assistant to login to RedTail using their own RedTail credentials.

Ability for Firm Manager to enable or disable assistant’s access to RedTail
