Problem Statement:

Advisors need the ability to communicate with their clients in a compliant manner.

Two-way chat between advisor/client from investor portal & advisor dashboard

 

Proposed Solution:

  1. The ideal two-chat should support the following:

    1. messages

    2. attachments (e.g. reports)

  2. The two-chat should feel native to CircleBlack to avoid needing to open a new tab.
