Advisors, Clients, and Firm Managers will now receive a notification whenever a document is immediately shared. This includes a notification in the bell icon.

The notification includes the name of the person sharing, the name of the document being shared, and the household the document is being shared with. (Note: this does not include notifications for Clients for scheduled sharing.)
Advisors are notified when the document share request is approved and the document is shared with the household.
Advisors are notified when an investor shares a document directly with them.
Clients are notified when a document is shared with them.
Firm Managers are notified when a document share has been requested and they need to approve the share - clicking the notification will direct them to the approval workflow.
