DocVault provides bulk downloads for advisors to quickly download multiple documents at once. 

1. Maximum of 20 files downloaded at a time

2. A blue banner will appear after a successful download

3. Outputs a file called documents.zip

4. Advisor-side UI only (not available in the Client UI)

To download files in bulk:

1. Navigate to Engage > DocVault.

2. Select the documents you wish to download.

3. Choose the download icon.

4. Confirm the zip file has been downloaded.

5. Unzip the files to the location of your choice.
