The Compliance Content section allows compliance users to review articles and documents that have been approved or denied for sharing with clients. This section serves as the compliance user's content library. This user guide will review each tab within the Content section: Shareable and Denied.

Shareable

This section lists all Documents, Articles, and Reports that the compliance user has approved for sharing with either all clients or based upon a certain selected criteria.

Any report generated in CircleBlack that has been approved for sharing will have the "selectively approved" status as reports can only be shared with the Household user for which it was generated. For example, a CircleBlack performance report generated for the Smith Family can only be shared with the Smith Family.

Users can also search for articles based on keyword in the document title, the type of document, or the document owner (in cases where an Advisor uploaded the article, it would be their name).

Denied

This section displays all Articles & Documents that the compliance user has denied for sharing. In addition to displaying the document details, each article displays the reason why it was denied and allows the compliance officer to change the status from being denied to being approved.
