The following outlines the step-by-step process to login to the CircleBlack Investor portal. A few notes:

1. Your Advisor will send you a welcome email that will include the steps for the login process, including a specific link that will direct you to set up your password and then login.
2. The welcome email is also your notice that you’ve been given access to login to CircleBlack. If you did not receive a welcome email, please contact your advisor.

Login to steps to the CircleBlack Investor Portal.

1. On your web browser, go to https://investor.circleblack.com
2. On our login page, under the blue Login button, you can either click the Don’t have credentials? link or the Forgot Password? link. Both options will allow you to set up a password and login.

   

3. The Don’t have credentials? link displays a pop-up window that allows you to enter your email so the CircleBlack system can resend the specific login link from the welcome email to create your password. 

   

4. The Forgot password? link displays a pop-up window that lets you input your email so the CircleBlack system can send you a reset password link.

   

    
5. Check your email for unique link to create or reset your password. You’ll create your password on this page. Password must meet the following criteria:
   At least 12 characters long
   No more than 64 characters long
   At least 1 uppercase letter
   At least 1 lowercase letter
   At least 1 number
   At least 1 symbol/special character
   Cannot use more than 2 characters consecutively
   NOTE: Cannot reuse a previous password (last 12 times)

   

6. Once your password has been created or setup, you’ll be asked to login from the homepage with your new password. Once you successfully login, you’ll come to our Welcome page. From here, you can either navigate to your Portfolio overview by clicking the Portfolio tab in the top menu or clicking the Continue to Overview button at the bottom of the Welcome page. Note, you can starting linking outside accounts or manually inputting assets that don’t have a digital connection like real estate.
