Merging a household with one or all client into another household
During householding, two households were created for the same family. Both households being managed by the same advisor. Ability for the advisor to move client(s) from source household to target household that results in the source household getting deleted
Flow 1: Household Info Page

From the source Household’s dashboard, locate the Household Info tile and click the tile’s expand icon to view the Household Info page.

On the Household Info Page, click the Actions dropdown and select the Move to Another Household option. Select all the clients to move.

Click on the Select New Household button.

If all the clients of the source household are selected Delete Household message modal will be displayed.

Click the Continue button.

The advisor has the option of creating a new household or adding to an existing household. If the advisor choose the Add to Existing option and selecting an existing household (target) The Advisor user is displayed all the clients in the combined household and the existing head of the target household is by default selected as the new head of the combined household. The advisor can specify any other client in the new household as the head of the combined household.

Click on the Confirm button. The combined household is displayed on Household Info page
Flow 2: Manage → Clients

Click Manage, then Clients. On the Clients page, click the Actions dropdown and select Move To Another Household.

Then, search among the list of Clients to move. Select the Clients to move and then click the Select New Household button.
- To complete the client move, follow the same steps described above for adding to an existing household.
