Activating a Client

Inactive Clients can be activated. They may or may not be part of a household. Some key aspects of this process includes:

  • only one client can be activated at a time

  • the account(s) associated with the client can also be activated

  • an inactive client can be activated without activating the account(s) associated with the client

  • only an active client can be deactivated

Flow 1: Manage → Clients page

  1. Click Manage then Clients. On the Clients page, select Filter and uncheck Hide Deactivated Clients.

  2. Click the Actions dropdown and Activate Client.

  3. Search for inactive client to be activated. Click the radio button for the inactive client.

  4. Select the Activate button that will be enabled once an inactive client is selected.

  5. In the Activate Client modal will display accounts associated with the client and these will be selected to be activated. Unselect the account(s) not to be activated

  6. Confirm by clicking on the Activate Client button. You will view a ClientActivated confirmation modal.

Flow 2: Manage → Clients → Client Info page

  1. Click Manage then Clients. On the Clients page, select Filter and uncheck Hide Deactivated Clients.

  2. Click on the inactive client’s name to view the Client Info page.

  3. On the Client Info page, click the Activate button.

  4. In the Activate Client modal will display accounts associated with the client and these will be selected to be activated. Unselect the account(s) not to be activated

  5. Confirm by clicking on the Activate Client button. You will view a ClientActivated confirmation modal.
